Sapporo Prince Hotel

The hotel was spotless, very clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local specialties. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked really well so I was able to keep the room to a good sleeping temperature despite the rest of the hotel bring quite warm. Lots of nice extras, like combs, razers, mineral water every day. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The view from the 19th floor was great and you couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, just very rarely from the hallway. The free shuttle to the train station was also a big plus. All in all a great experience.

Everything! From check in to check out was truly enjoyable Japanese hospitality. The breakfast at coffee shop and La Trianon were superb! One of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten! Will definitely come back again!

The staff is really kind. When I tell her I don’t have a fruit knife, she kindly brought a fruit knife and plate to my room.

It was a nice hotel and had a good location. The buffet restaurant was very nice as well, and had good food.

Hotel was close to Odori subway Station and they provided a free shuttle to the Sapporo station on day of departure which was handy for bags.. There are breakfast options close by if you are not including breakfast in price.. Very nice hotel at good price
